The flue, reed and wood pipes are crafted in our workshop using traditional methods, with the appropriate measurements, materials and alloys being chosen according to specific requirements. The façade pipes are made using sheets containing a very high percentage of tin, whereas the percentage of tin varies when manufacturing the internal pipes, depending on the requirements of each individual stop. Particular care is taken when building the large façade pipes to ensure that the perfect sound quality is matched by the durability of the pipes themselves. The bass pipes are built from the best Austrian fir wood, which produces a marvellous sound and is free of knots. Manual stops are made from cedar, cherry or cypress wood.
